Shipping & Policies

Shipping:

• We do offer cheaper first class letter service for shipping of our stickers under a certain weight. However, it should be noted that this service does not come with tracking, and we highly recommend upgrading your shipping to the first class with tracking. MDC is not responsible for lost or mis-delivered mail. Please wait 20 days after your shipping date before contacting us for lost mail. If you choose not to pay for tracking we will be unable to refund you or replace the order unless the items are returned to us. 
• Stickers can take anywhere from 2 hours to 5 days to pack and ship. MDC does a new launch at the beginning of each month, and processing times may take a bit longer during this time. If you are wondering why your order hasn't shipped or when it will ship, please contact us! 
• Clothing items are made to order, and may take up to 2 weeks to make and ship. If your order has not been shipped after 14 days of ordering, please contact us. 
• Some notebooks are made to order, and may take up to 2 weeks to make and ship. If your order has not been shipped after 14 days of ordering, please contact us. 

Returns:

• We do accept returns and exchanges (for equal value) on some of our products. Please contact me within 14 days of ship date and ship items back within 30 days of delivery for your return or exchange. No products will be sent until exchange products have returned to me.
• We do NOT accept cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 
• We do NOT accept returns / exchanges on our clothing items. Our clothing items are made to order and we cannot exchange or return the items. 
• We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders, perishable products, or digital downloads. 
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
